A magazine is a storehouse. It has the connotation of a storehouse of ammunition, a cartridge of bullets. It can also be a storehouse of knowledge. When advertising became the common method of funding a publication, the marketing industry turned the publication of magazines into a vehicle for advertising and targeting a particular niche market to sell products that would appeal to that particular market segment.

We hope to create a magazine with the intention of disrupting this old model by acknowledging our common humanity and refusing to treat each other as target markets.

To disrupt the old model of publishing will require a different business model. We need your help in crafting a different way of living together that does not dehumanize humans.

The focus of the magazine will be resilience.
